Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
We require a 50% downpayment to hold your reservation upfront and complete payment by the first night. For stays longer than one month, typical payment arrangements are a monthly payment on the first of each month. If a security deposit is required, it will be returned with less damage after checkout.
